Disassemble the table lamp on and pieces of a face so no one will get lost. Clean the parts until they are dust-free. Dispose of the old management. Strip wires of repair kits with wire strippers. Twist the ends of the wires together in a clockwise motion.

Insert the wires through the central tube of the mushroom lamp. The secure socket unit on the pipe. Thread the wires through the base of the lamp. Insert wires of repair kits to old electrical cord. Twist the wires together in a clockwise motion and place the tape around them for extra security.

Place a light bulb in the socket on the mushroom lamp and connect it to the test. If it works, put the lampshade. If that does not work, check the wires again; be sure that they are secure.
