Vintage metal bed frame – Bed frames are the part of the bed that everyone forgets. Used to hold the box spring in a fixed position, they can be connected to both headboards and floor to complete the bottom half of the bed. A mattress is placed on the box spring to complete sleep system. Most bed frames are made up of angular steel which is relatively light in weight but still very strong. With the exception of a king-size beds, most bed frames are easily adjustable to support twin, full and queen size sleep systems.
Move any room decor away from the area where the vintage metal bed frame will be installed. It is a good idea to vacuum the area where the bed will be positioned as it will be inaccessible for quite a long time for this without moving the rather heavy bedding systems. Open the packaging bed frame and remove the contents. There are two metal assemblies (frame rails), four caster wheels and two plastic inserts triangular. Add two long metal rails at length in the direction you want the bed face.
